Experts tell us that in the developed world about 40% of the adult population will have problems with hemorrhoids at some time in their lives. If hemorrhoids are giving you problems, don’t feel that you are the only one. Far from it! You have plenty of company!

Hemroids are caused by environmental and lifestyle factors. The two primary problems are low-fiber diets and sedentary lifestyles and/or work requirements. To lower the chances that you will ever have hemorrhoids (or lower the chances that they will come back, once your hemorrhoids are cured), you need to identify your personal risk factors and then minimize or eliminate them.

If you already have hemorrhoids it would be best to look for a hemorrhoids home treatment that leads to the healing of your external hemroids and goes on to a full-blown final cure

Logically then, you will need to be seeking some effective cures for hemorrhoids, not just something to give you quick relief from the pain or other problem of the moment.

Contrary to what some of the purveyors of over-the-counter short-term relief products would have you believe, hemorrhoids can be shrunk, healed and gotten rid of. There is no need to buy temporary relief products every week until you die! Unless you want that “solution”. And why would you want to when you can get long-term, permanent relief by curing your hemorrhoids and getting rid of them?

Short term solutions are just that: only good for the short term. Your real goal should be to healing and curing your hemorrhoids then eliminating or modifying whatever conditions helped cause them, so you do not get a re-occurrance of the problem.
